I called with a question on how to add a shipping fee with transaction that isn't taxable. I got a friendly caller named Diana on the phone who after a brief hold was able to come up with the perfect solution I needed. Very friendly. A VERY HELPFUL GENTLEMAN , named Jose ? Hosea ? - I am not sure how he spells his name- but he was TERRIFIC at helping me straighten out my billing issue— He was very patient ( I am not good with technology) and answered all my questions, and even reassured me by calling me back to confirm that everything was okay after speaking with my boss . I highly recommend using Vizypay!!
