Great customer service good job helped me alot
These guys are amazing. My terminal was in a screen that I hadn't recognized and I couldn't get it to open into a working screen. Edgar from Technical Support got on the line with me and walked me through it step by step. He was patient and kind and got me back on track. The rep that I spoke with was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were doing everything correct on our end of processing. He took the time to explain everything offer solutions.
My contact was super helpful and answered all my questions. The Clover system itself needs a few additional attributes to help assist retailers (like sub-categories, icons, etc). But the service I received w/the final set-up was excellent.
