Having Piper as my representative today was by far the best interaction with Vizpay I have had. Note other employees have been phenomenal. Piper definitely stands above all others with her attention to detail, her knowledge on my questions left me impressed and lastly everything was resolved perfectly. To the Vizpay higher ups I would do everything to keep her as an employee and maybe down the road have her teach classes on phone etiquette because Piper is definitely 10 out of 5 stars. Piper Miles was responsive by calling me back quickly, was truly interested in telling me about what options my business would have to start passing along the CC processing fees to our valued customers, and basically provided the kind of customer service experience we all wish to have (but sadly do not experience too often lately).
