Piper is good to work with as she is personal and knowledgeable. She tries to find answers even when things aren't working in the standard way. I called on Monday, 8/11/25 about the issue with my Dejavoo system, spent over an hour with a different support person at Vizypay without my issue being resolved. I called again on Tuesday, 8/12/25 to a different support person than on Monday, and the issue was not resolved. They then mailed me a sim card which I received today, Thursday, 8/14/25 when I called Piper for help in repl... read more
