After listening to my concerns about a tinny sound the service folks couldn't find, my service coordinator suggested I record the sound on my phone. Rather than think I was exaggerating, her idea allowed me to record the sound and return to the dealership where they identified the problem. A little listening and creative problem solving worked!!

Andrea was responsive and proactive. Their overall review of the car identified a few other problems that they raised to me and then addressed. Overall a great experience once again.
I appreciate that the service staff; Andrea and Brian have been a constant now for a few years. There had been a lot of turnover previously and not possible to build trust.
