VERY PLEASED with the overall experience of service at Volvo Cape Cod. I live on an island(Nantucket) so have to send my car over on a ferry. They pick up the car at the ferry and take it back to the ferry when service is finished. I love the video of my car in the shop with the explanation of what was done. Rebekah was extremely accommodating in helping to get me an appointment when I had difficulties getting a reservation to get my car off the island. Rebekah was great. She managed to get my car serviced the day it was towed in, which was greatly appreciated. She kept me in touch every step if the way, And even arranged for it to be delivered out to me. AND.... the car was washed and vacuumed up! Great service. Much appreciated.
