Rebekah worked with me to identify a strange noise I was hearing in my Volvo. She and Andrew didn't ignore me or think I was foolish. They allowed me to video the noise and return for their assessment. It worked. They identified the source of the noise and fixed it.

I had several problems with my Volvo on a weekend and I called the dealer on Saturday letting them know I had a problem with my lights in particular. I got an appointment for Monday and was given a loaner while they worked on the car. A few hours later I was told it was fixed and also received a video from the technician explaining what was done. Car is running great after a complete software update, thanks!

Awesome - very professional, helpful, competent, informed, and communicative on all issues about my scheduled service. A loaner woukd have been helpful but never seems to be one available. A definite negative - not for Rebekah - but for dealership.

I’ve been with Volvo Cape Cod for over a decade. This time was different— the video inspection was a new splash, but they measured the tread thickness on my tires without noticing they were snow tires. Also, with $2500 service they failed to include new windshield wipers, a surprising setback.
