Brought my car in to have a squeak fixed. Was told that I had suspension issues and that 3 things needed to be replaced. I wasn’t allowed to only do the one thing that was causing the squeak; I was told that I had to do all 3, totally almost $4000! I got 2 second opinions and was able to do just the one thing that was causing the squeak for under $1600. It Took 1 and 3/4 hours to change a stock tire that had to be replaced (my cost) for a nail. No TPM Instruction.
Poor (little) communication during the prolonged registration process after the sale (due partially to covid 19) and lack of clarity as to the delivery time and schedule
Asked for some marks on passenger door to be buffed out. Wasn't done. Its little things that often make the experience positive or negative
Price for required work just too high. I found a much better price at equal quality. No reason to use dealership for an easy fix.
I was very disappointed at my last visit for the repair of the air-conditioning unit on my 2015th Volvo. After a three hour wait at your very pleasant facility I was told, after my second inquiry, that the car couldn't be fixed that day because you didn't have the part on site. However, for $1200 it could be repaired at a later time. This visit cost me approximately $150 and three hours of wasted time. Melinda Oleksiak
Dealer maintenance is a huge rip off! Hyannis MA Volvo dealer told me I needed 3 cat converters for $10,292 + tax! I really only needed one O2 sensor. WON'T be back! My 2008 XC90 V8 has needed a lot of work over the years, work I've never had to do any vehicle prior (and I've owned a few vehicles). Don't have any maintenance done at dealers!
Attempted Good Faith Online Purchase On a very recent Thursday I saw advertisement online & called to inquire. I spoke with a gentleman & We proceeded to go work out a trade-in value, & of course, numbers to purchase.
