Service Dept. Disappoints & Insults I regret the day I brought my V50 to the Service Dept. for malfunctioning a/c. I paid the diagnostic fee and made an appt. to replace the part they identified as the problem. Returned August 1 and was told the job would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Later that afternoon at pick up I was informed of a recalibration problem that would require further testing. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ON CAPE COD! The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced (to say the least)! I purchased a vehicle from premier Volvo cape cod and within 2 weeks I had to bring it back for repair. After 4 months of repairs my vehicle is STILL not fixed. To make matters worst, they wanted to charge an excessive amount for a part that was broken when they sold me the vehicle.
