The entire process from start to finish was was perfect. Mark Leone is excellent at what he does. Epitome of knowledge and professionalism. Will go the extra yard to provide customer delight and build loyalty from the beginning of the relationship. Over the decades I never had the dealer review the features of my new cars. Big mistake. Jarrod walked my wife and I though everything the car has to offer. He did an excellent job. This is my wife’s sixth Volvo.

The entire process from start to finish was friendly, respectful, and smooth. This is our second transaction with the dealership in three years, and it was just as good as the first one. This dealership is phenomenal. I had a problem with a Volvo I purchased from another dealership but they helped me as if I was their customer. Percy in sales was kind and understanding trying to help me find a car to replace the one I returned to the other dealership. Unfortunately there were no cars available in my specific color and package choices but I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo!
