The service department here has provided superior performance in resolving a problem condition that three other service organizations could not identify nor resolve. In less than 5 minutes of initial inspection of my vehicle the problem was isolated and verified. The repair took less than an hour! Came into the dealer unsure of what I wanted, and was treated with the most respect I’ve ever received from a dealer. Percy was an honest, upfront and amazingly friendly salesman. He helped me find exactly what I wanted within the budget I set out with.
Process was a bit delayed due to the holiday and weekend, but overall great experience. Car needed to undergo routine maintenance before we could take it home. During maintenance inspection, an issue was noticed (small crack in screen) and addressed immediately. Due to the unexpected delays, car was delivered to our home to avoid us needing to go back to the dealership again.
The client advisor Percy Williams III is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend Volvo Cars Plymouth and Percy for their professionalism.
