I was frustrated with Vonage for so long that they wouldn't give us a true VoIP app for years. Now that they have, it's an excellent app for me. My call quality over wifi and 3G have both been fine so far, and the integration is good. I live in Asia, and sometimes it's cheaper to use my Vonage plan than using my local cell plan to call the country I'm in! The only suggestion that would help me is on the account info page. I wish the "Remember Me" function would save the password as well; it's pointless to enter the password ... read more
Good quality and comfortable to use
I was working in a basement DataCenter and could not get a call out. I hooked up to WiFi and I was on my way.
Best service for International calls. Great quality.
I love this app, it lets me connect to back home wherever you are.. as long as you have a network connection (data). Especially when you travel abroad (Europe) it is very handy to connect back home using wifi. You don't have to worry about getting a calling card etc. At times I have noticed that the call quality drops... Most often it is very good call quality, Vonage just needs to make sure that it is consistent.
I am able to call the U.S. from the Philippines with my U.S. Vonage Phone line. Great App!
