Would love it to integrate with my native dialer. Otherwise featured enough.
Would be nice if added push to alert of vm when on road. interface a bit slow. super user should be able to check all exts. All in all an okay app but needs some fine tuning.
While the app offers good visibility for the users and settings of the virtual PBX, the android app doesn't provide all the same functionality that the iPhone app does. Doesn't show call logs. Never miss a call doesn't always work forcing me to use the web interface to make changes. I'm the systems admin so I see more than most, need to work with both the iPhone and the android platforms. Personally I use an android HTC Sensation, but feel the android app needs to play catch up with the iPhone version.
Does what it says it will. Love being able to make calls from cell look like its coming from my office line
Works 100% w/ my HTC Evo warm 2.2. All the same settings as if I were sitting at the pc. No problems logging out here. I use Bria X lite softphone on my pc with Vocalocity and my calls are as clear as a land line. I just wish Counterpath would make a Bria X lite app for droid and I'll be all set!
Fantastic application - easy to use and very helpful when trying to manage your phone calls away from a computer!
So far so good. Wish I could log in as super user to manage the auto attendant, but I'm just being picky.
I really like the feature that allows me to monitor my call queues remotely!
