Reception seems to be best when I'm using home routers, elsewhere connection choppy and intermittent. Overall I'm pleased.
Please add iPhone 6/6+ and Touch ID support. Would be neat to add widgets.

Product Improvement Suggest: On the CALLER ID, please do an update so the name AND phone number are shown in the Notifications. “TOLL-FREE” is not enough information to decide if I want to answer a phone call. Otherwise, I have enjoyed having this app active and being able to differentiate home calls from cell phone calls. The Vonage feature to ring multiple phone numbers at once was confusing on my cell phone because I did not know if the calls were coming through my Vonage home number or my normal cell phone number. This is a very convenient app. However there are frequent call drops and the quality of the sound is not great even with a LTE connection.
Have been a Vonage customer since 2004. Vonage Extensions continues the easy-to-use excellence I have come to expect. Brilliant!
Obviously a great app, but focusing on improvements needed here: - in the alert better handling of response is needed. Show title of app as 'Vonage Extension' - the two apps Vonage Mobile and Vonage Extension are confusing - integration is needed so Vonage Mobile uses Vonage account if user has one.
