It crashes every day for me on iphone 5 It did that in iphone 4 It takes 5 seconds before u can click Hire some good developers
The App needs a tremendous amount of improvement. It gets stuck all the time. When you call it exits the app and goes to the phone app, if disconnected you have to reopen the app. Very tedious.
I use this app to call Malaysia. It works pretty well except it disconnect after 3-5 minutes every single time I call.
1) Calls through this app don't connect to my car's Bluetooth. A direct iphone call doesn't have any issues. The option to switch to Bluetooth audio also doesn't appear. 2) Vonage call is automatically put in hold when I get a regular call. It doesn't show any option to allow the user to select.
I got the Vonage world plan to place unlimited calls to India. The voice quality is really bad. It doesn't disconnect or delay but the quality is really bad through out the call. Kind of like listening to music at 16 Kbps or 32 Kbps. Please look into this. Thanks.
We need iPod support why pay for a service when you aren't getting enough ppl that do not have iPhone cannot use this but ppl who have iPod can and most people do have an iPod ???
This app is good and does serve an an extension in my iPhone. That said, the app is sluggish and buggy. The app can crash without warning in iPhone 4S! The next issue is that, on opening the app it always goes to contacts. It would be better if it went to recent calls.
Since the last update, I'm unable to make calls trough WiFi, a popup message appears "Extensions OK" and that's it. The only way to use the software is turning OFF WiFi.
