I have not decided if I really like this app or not. I only recently began using it, so I don't have much experience to base my opinion upon. I will say that it is very frustrating to be using the Extensions app to make a phone call, and have an incoming phone call to my iPhone disconnect me from my call on Extensions. I don't know if there is any way they can fix this, but I hope so.
I downloaded the app two days ago and for two days I get "Service is temporarily unavailable" when I try to set my phone number and password (I get different error if I get password wrong, so that's not it). Since I can't finish setup I can't even say how the app works.
Although I'm an $80 a month customer, this app is still useless to me and to all U.S. customers living overseas. Can Vonage not find a solution? Nothing but excuses
The app crashes as soon as I open.. This is happening after the iOS 7 update.
This is good but if vonage gives true information while buying - it would be great.
Once the call is made from within the app and the call ends, the phone ends up in contact list which doesn't look different from vonage extensions contact list. Very easy to make international calls via Verizon accidentally. I was billed $50 by Verizon for making calls that I believed I made using this app. Vonage please fix the app ASAP.
I downloaded the app 10 times and it keeps closing on me. I do the configuration and then it says that I am good and connected, but I can't use it!!! As soon as I tap the app, it closes right away.
We got Vonage because we moved overseas. Now, we have international cell phones and the only cell phone numbers to input for this account are US cell phone numbers. My cell number is for a different country in Asia. Please work on enabling foreign phone numbers to use this app.
