It says it supports iPad, It doesn't. I tried loading it onto my iPad 4th gen with cell and it let me load it but when you launch it it says iPad is not supported at this time and gets stuck in a dialog loop... You have to force quit the app just to remove it.
You MUST have a U.S. Cell Phone number to use this app. Terms of service also state $5/month if you are not on unlimited plans or for more than one cell phone. Not being upfront about fees is misleading at best, others may have less desirable terms to use in describing this behavior. Right now this app is only for those with a U.S. Cell phone with unlimited service that only want to use it on one cell phone. Just use Skype or Viber and be done with it. Don't bother with this.
The description says this is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch... It's a lie. It only works on an iPhone. Installing it on an iPad or iPod gets you an OK dialog that says it doesn't support iPad or iPod at this time. Tapping OK doesn't get you anything but another OK dialog.
Volume keys won't work from the lock screen after iOS7 update.
Don't waste your time... if you live outside US.
After upgrading to iOS 7 I don't see operator name, signal strength, time or battery bar. Mine is white iphone5
Nowhere does Vonage says that this apps does not run on iPads or iPods.
The app has not been working over WiFi for some time now. Expected that to change after the iOS7 upgrade but it did not. Deleted the app and installed it up again, made sure to register for WiFi, still does not work. I end up using my cellular minutes every time I use this.
I changed my review from 5 to 1 since the IOS 7 update. Can make calls with wifi... Can't figure why. I used the app all the time but fix the issue with wifi on the new iOS7 and I will change my review back to a 5.
