When using it in my cell phone works pretty well. But when my cell phone receives a call, it will put the voip call on hold automatically. Also wish that when transferring calls from my cell to an ext. That I could announce the call before transferring to the person.

Call quality is flawless. The dialer is easy to use as well. My only recommendation is the contact lists - I want the default list to be Company Contacts as that is what is most pertinent to me or any business user of this app.
