Great service
I have a Vonage customer for the last 10 years. The extention app is great and works very well. I have used it with good quality even on 3G networks. I have used it in other countries and very happy to have it.

It's been a very convenient app for me.Besides that Vonage has a great customer service too.
The app prior to being updated was not very good. I would receive a call on wifi, I would try and answer but by the time it would connect the call ended. With the new update, I have been able to make and receive calls without any issues through wifi and my cellular network. I really like that it simply works for me. Even used it when I was traveling outside of the U.S. Via wifi. I recommend this app for all Vonage subscribers.
Works most of the times... Very handy to make international calls while away from home. Did not connect once or twice in the last couple of years but that is ok.
