My organization has a business account with Vonage. I prefer calling over the app rather than a physical VoIP instrument. EDIT: call drops have reduced substantially, except that once in a while, a party drops out on conference calls.

In the picture is looks like it allows you to transfer calls. But I have tried it a few times on my other phone and have not bad any luck transferring call or even given the option to do so. Has anyone figured out how to?

Hi Brian, Thank you for the feedback. During a call, you should be able to easily transfer a call by pressing the "transfer" button (a forward arrow icon) on the top right of your screen. In case you are having issues while trying that, I suggest you contact our support team at 1-866-901-0242.

Works very well. I am able to access my phone when not in the office. Call quality is very good. Feature allows calls using your cell minutes if you want to conserve data.

Why can't I call out from my number? Calling and texting out shows a different number to others making everything confusing. Vonage home works fine. Not so for business.
