It was a great experience and W.A. Frost instituted the right procedures to keep everyone safe and have a wonderful dining experience. I had forgotten how incredible it was to eat on the patio. We will return.
We have had many lovely experiences at w a frost both nside and on the patio. We were surprised mediocre quality of the steaks and the uninspired vegetable that accompanied them. The ordering app needs work. You add personal info multiple times.
It was so odd! Ordering by phone, while safe, means no interaction with servers. Which I also understand, but there was no feeling of welcome, no social aspect to the outing. It wasn’t much better than doing takeout other than paying for the privilege of using the patio
Doing their best in spite of current conditions. Good to be back on there best patio in town.
Menu was short but just right. The online ordered worked just fine. And the staff did a wonderful job of following the COVID-19 safety guidelines, still keeping the magic of the patio alive.
The current limited menu leaves much to be desired. My vegetarian friend ordered the roasted cauliflower and hummus entree for more than $20 and it was literally the worst! A small smear of hummus on the bottom of the plate topped by about six small cauliflower florettes, a couple of carrots that were slightly charred and two overcooked asparagus spears. No seasoning at all. Also, everything served on the patio is on paper plastic tableware which is a big pet peeve for me.
Great ambiance and a nice use of technology to limit contact.
Quiet overpriced for the average quality of food here. The patio was the best part. Will not be going back for a while.
Good place for fancy drinks. Definitely over priced, but still a cool place to hang, regardless.
