Both kids had wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Pritchard! They go above and beyond to take care of patients before and after surgery!
I had a consultation here, and I have to say the staff is excellent. Kim was so friendly and so welcoming from the minute I walked through the door to the minute I was called back. My husband (James Whitley) recently had several teeth surgically removed by Dr. Pritchard and we had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgable and kind throughout the entire process. We had our young girls with us the day of the pre-op and they talked with them and included them during the process. Dr. Pritchard is truly an expert in his field. In addition, he is very caring, supportive, and understanding. He always makes the time to talk to his patients - even makes a personal phone call after surgery to see how you are doing. His entire staff is amazing - extremely professional and obviously really care about their patients. You are treated as a special person, and any questions or concerns are answered promptly. One can expect the very best of care at Waco Oral Surgery and Dental Implants!
