When we walked into Waconia Dodge to get some information on the new Jeep Cherokee we were greeted by a staff willing to help and not "pounced on" or "pressured" by any of the staff. They were happy to give us the information on the vehicle we were curious about and simply invited us to come back for a test drive or if we had any other questions. Our salesperson was John, who was really helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, low key and friendly. He went out of his way to provide extra service and information to allow us to make the best decision on the vehicles. He was forthright and honest, and someone I will seek out in the future to do business with. Our experience there was excellent and their vehicle prices were fair. We were not able to reach a deal which worked for us financially (value of a trade-in).
Very pleasant experience. Have had all my vehicles serviced here for quite a few years and this led me to search here when it was time to trade. Mike Wille is an excellent salesman and knows his cars. He was very helpful and available during the whole process. The service personnel are very experienced and knowledgable and I depend on them alot. Steve, Eric, Matt, and all the rest are the best. Bought 2 vehicles this time and will return here when it is time to do it again.
John Fahey did a great job when we were buying our last car. He was professional and listened to all our car buying needs. John helped us also get a nice trade in value for our old vehicle. The whole process was an easy transaction.

I recently purchased a Chrysler 200 at Waconia Dodge, Chrysler in Waconia, MN. I knew I wanted that vehicle before I went inside. I met with salesman, John Fahey, who is a very personable young man and the best thing for me was that he wasn't "pushy". John pulled the car up which had been nicely detailed.
