Bought our first Jeep product this week, a Grand Cherokee Laredo Limited, and were extremely pleased with the serice from our sales rep, Mike Wille. He gave us a very fair deal, had the car ready when expected, and did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car. Also got excellent service from their credit department.
Coming from an automotive family and career, I have the option of picking and choosing the dealer(s) I prefer to associate with. Whether you prefer ''big city volume'' or ''small town friendly'', the choices are huge. I look to the history of the dealership, it's management and it's staff to make the decision easier. Chris was very accomadating to my wishes. He responded to my inital inquiry quickly. I asked a number of questions and Chris immediately responded back to me. He held the car for me until I could get to the dealership on Friday. My daughter drove to the dealer several days prior to my seeing the car. Everyone was extremely nice to her. Our sales associate Brett was very helpful in helping my wife and me locate the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee we wanted that fit our budget. My experience with Mike Wille was a great one. He responded to my inquiries within a timely manner and always got back to me when I first showed interest in the car. When I looked at the car, he made sure to give me a very long test drive so I would get a feel for it first.
