This dealership is fantastic! The service is second to none. I worked with Dave Reedy and he went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out, a truly great salesman, That being said the rest of the staff is great, they helped me find a loan, took my trade in and filled my new vehicle with gas before I left. I have no complaints on this dealership and would recommend it to anyone.
Had a great experience working with John Fahey at the Waconia Dealership when trading in our vehicle. We were looking for something that would be a better fit with our family. Just purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude from John Fahey at Waconia Dodge. John was very helpful especially in explaining all of the technical options available--most of them new to me. Did a great job of presenting the vehicle without using pressure.
I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie in Dec. from Chris Weinberger. Chris was highly recommended from my daughter who also purchased a new car from Chris in 2013. Over all great experience! Chris my sales associate was very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in and telling me everything I need to know about it. It was great working with him and if you are interested in buying a car I highly suggest going through him.
John was very helpful in my car search. He was patient with me during my search and allowed me to drive several cars before I purchased one. He was not pushy and I really appreciated that! My search took over four months. During this time I visited other dealerships and spoke with other salesman, but I did not receive the support, patience and kindness I did from John.
I purchased a 2014 Ram BigHorn through Dave Reedy. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot. We were about to order one from the factory when they did a search and found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I said yes that afternoon and the truck was there the next day. It had a few extras, but it was at a very reasonable price. I had them handle the spray in bed liner and and Access Bed Cover. Very pleasant experience and exceptional service. I would certainly buy from Dave again.
