What happened to customer service/sales dept? A LOT of big talk and promises but no follow through. We have bought several vehicles through Waconia Dodge and always had GREAT customer service until recently. Very disappointing. Sales/customer service...what happened?

Complete lack of integrity. Zero follow through. Absolutely awful experience. After getting jerked around for almost an entire year, I finally cut my losses and walked away from replacement parts that were promised to me at the time of sale. If you insist on dealing with these people, make sure everything is taken care of before handing over any money, or signing anything. Poor service and bad customer service. I purchased a used 2010 Ford Ranger. Major repairs had to be done after purchasing because vehicle obviously was not checked in and service correctly. Repairs took weeks to schedule and weeks to correct. In the end what they did do still does not function properly. Now I'm stuck with a truck that I cannot drive and still needs $2500 in repairs
Trust and loyalty to customer I bought a used ram diesel from this dealership the truck had a new engine block installed with a two year or 24k warranty the old block had damage beyond repair .I have sense put 2000 miles on the truck and it blew the water pump .I called service and asked if it was covered they said no it was not on the work order I asked if they installed the old water pump they said yes I asked if the block was damaged beyond repair why would you put the old water pump in a brand new block key component to ... read more

Unfortunately, when we sell a 13-year-old vehicle with over 215,000 miles there is a chance that a vehicle of this age and miles could have a mechanical failure at some point. Even though our dealership did extensive work on this vehicle totaling over $11,500 In replacing the engine block with a short block, having the cylinder heads worked on amongst other items to put this vehicle on our lot for sale. Lack of integrity and respect for customers Beware of this dealer if you're expecting integrity and respect. I spoke to a salesperson, Gabe, yesterday morning about seeing a used Dodge Ram that afternoon. We agreed on a time and when I arrived there was another customer looking at the truck. Do not stand behind advertisements Dealership advertised used Jeep with upgrades that were found "missing". Response was that we could purchase those missing items if we wanted to but dealership would not provide. Left with very low trust level. Would avoid this dealership.

Great experience buying a used vehicle I don't normally enjoy buying vehicles but the time had come that I needed to buy a vehicle. I found the vehicle at Waconia Dodge which is an hour from my home..... I made the drive and am very happy I did. I bought the vehicle and can say that Chris Weinberger made the process enjoyable. He is very open, honest, and fair in this approach. I will make the long drive again when I need another vehicle.
