We have purchased many cars through other dealerships over the years. The entire buying experience at Waconia Dodge Chrysler was by far the most pleasant ever. Keane Raether is the person who was responsible for our great buying experience. Unlike many other dealerships the final price of the vehicle went DOWN on the delivery day. When we moved to the area, I took my 2008 Ram in for service and realized that this dealer is way better than most others. I just traded the 2008 for a 2013 Ram. My salesman, Brett Winebrenner worked very hard to find the truck I wanted and worked out the price to make this a great experience. I would recommend both Brett and Waconia Dodge to anyone in the market for a different vehicle.
Bought a new Dodge Durango Citadel at Waconia and was very happy with the experience. Our sales rep (Chris Weinberger) was very pleasent and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in buying. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions. I was shopping for a used truck and found what I was looking for at Waconia Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. The buying experience was great, no pressure to close the deal while I was on premise. Just bought my a new Dodge Charger there and walked away very happy with the experience. I had a good idea what I wanted when I showed up, they closed the deal on the test drive and everything thereafter was a breeze. Received an offer in the mail for a great deal on a new van. Chris Wineberger, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Other staff were friendly and accomodating. Was able to purchase the vehicle, take care of all paperwork, and and drive off, the same day.
I have always had great service at Waconia Dodge. They get my vehicles in promptly and they are done on time or before expected. They also have a great little play area for the kids to hang out in while you are there. Very clean facility and always helpful employees. I always go there for service because I know they will be honest about service & repairs.
