I just bought a 2016 Town and Country I just bought a 2016 Town and Country and the noise is terrible . The only honest person in the dealership is Jerry in the service department , from the sales manager to the salesman , they said ( that is what you bought ,Too bad)
Do not buy from Waconia Dodge, Jeep,Ram!!! Bought a used vehicle from them, temp license expired. No loaner or compensation. 15 days after being told not to drive vehicle new plates show up. They offer a car wash and it happens excuse! Bad buying experience

If we would have known the license plates on the vehicle that you purchased were missing we would have ordered them right away instead of just getting the tabs. Sometimes license plates get stolen off vehicle that are on our lot or other locations, that is why our process is to check each vehicle individually prior to delivery, unfortunately, this step was overlooked. Terrible Service Called for a service appointment because my check engine light came on. Asked when I could get it in they said we are really backed up. and told me Monday is the first available day they had. I called on Tuesday. I think that is bad service seeing I bought the vehicle from the dealer ship. they had no concern that the engine light was on. would not recommend there service dept.
Purchased a used vehicle with 79k miles and spent a little under 9k. I was told that this was a one owner and had purchased the vehicle at this dealership. I had the vehicle exactly 13 days and the alternator went out which was on a friday about 6:30. I had to have the vehicle the next day for work so I had no other option but to find someone that could fix it that evening. The Pacifica that was purchased did go through a 125 point inspection, the same inspection that a Chrysler factory certified vehicle would receive. Like the majority of our pre-owed vehicles, your vehicle had a 3 month, 3,0000 mile limited powertrain warranty. You were offered to purchase additional warranty, but declined. After paying top dollar (over $18,000.) for a used SUV, items brought to their attention beforehand got taken care of, but anything after the sale... forget about it. Nobody even would look at why the rear hatched leaked. I took care of three items myself for a cost of over $700.

We agreed to his discounted offer on the selling price of $18,100 (Kelly Blue Book was $23,455, our advertised price was $19,497).
