This will be the third time boarding our two dogs with Wag hotels and I can not say enough good things about the staff and facilities! My two dogs have always had a safe and comfortable stay with them. They enjoy all the play time and the special care from the staff. Love the loving care given to Baby. No complaints, other than it seems the ability to see into the doggy's suite has been removed from the app online. I could only see the play areas when I pulled the app up on my phone. Why was that particular view removed from the app?

Hey Darla! It looks like the reservation for Baby was made for our Private Small Room and unfortunately those rooms don't include the camera. I can make sure for Baby's next stay she is put in a suite that gives you that 24/7 camera access again. We made sure Baby was super comfy in her room with extra soft bedding and she seemed to really enjoy going out and getting some sunshine! My pup gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and she recognizes where we are. She pulls me to the door and can’t wait to go inside to announce her arrival. Her excitement to be at Wag is such a relief for me because I always feel guilty leaving her. Knowing that she’s well taken care of and that she likes being there make me feel a sense of comfort.

love having access to the webcam to check in on my pup. This facility always greets her upon arrival which is wonderful as she’s excited to see the staff. They also offer tons of options to keep you pup spoiled and pampered. The location near the airport makes it convenient for us for drop offs and pickups.

I cannot say enough great things about this boarding facility. This is the second time our two dogs have stayed there, and it was just as great as the last time. The staff are so friendly, patient and kind with us (as nervous dog-parents) as with our fur babies. We don't watch the webcam - so we only go by the reaction of Jeffry when he arrives - he's thrilled to see the staff - and by the comments the staff make when we pick him up. I do appreciate when they give us a brief report about his day - i.e., he played for a long time with a 'friend' then spending time being pet/scratched by a staff member. Thanks for the good care! And friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We do like to bring Jeffry to P4P.
