My dog was not well cared for at this resort. She didn't receive requested extra food to entice her to eat and the treats we packed for her visit were not given.

We discussed our issues in person. Aside from the pick-up problems we experienced the last two visits, it's a shame that you tend to charge for a few minutes over an hour or for a few minutesbefore normal check in (we were charged a half day for dropping off a few minutes before 7am, had we dropped off at 7am, there would have been no additional charge). We have boarded our cat several times with you for short times. Usually 3 to 5 days and have always been pleased. This time we were gone for 12 days. I received a couple of emails the first days from you telling me how the cat was doing. I sent a couple of emails after that and and didn't get a response. Never got the password for the web camera so I paid 1.99$ for the app and didn’t get to use it. Then I called to check on my dog and had to leave a message and never got a call back. Also when checking in told the front desk person that I would be picking up my pup at 1030 am and she never changed it, so when I showed up they was surprised.

We wanted to see if our dog would enjoy the swimming and hike while we were at work. Our dog is not neutered so he was not out in the general population so at some point during his test day he was exposed to kennel cough that we are now treating with antibiotics through our vet. When I picked him up, the staff member that day was not able to tell me how he did with his hike or swimming session so I didn't really get much information on his whereabouts or how he did during the day which was frustrating. Well, my dogs are grazers when it comes to eating. It seemed to be a big problem when checking in to have just a trough of food rather than a measurable amount to track. I understand the advantage of tracking dogs food intake but I would’ve appreciated feeling like the staff valued preserving what little of my dogs’ routine at home as possible. My dog Alta had not boarded before. I admit to having anxiety regarding this process. I was pleased to hear positive feedback from the staff about Alta's response. I was especially pleased with Kyle's text containing specific information regarding Alta's actions. Kyle's commentary reflected observations consistent with what I personally know about my dog.
