If I could I would give this place zero stars, I used this place before because it was near the airport and has 24 hour staff. The second time dropping my Bichion here he gets sick leaving me with a $350 vet. bill. So I tried this place again thinking ok things happen. The third he was ok but the forth time I picked him up at approximately 1230 am and the next motive noticed he was laying around and not being his normal self. Gina at the front desk at the Denver location was really wonderful with helping us to get booked. We were very grateful. Our golden seemed to love playgroup (and the pool) and we were thankful to be able to watch him on camera while he played. The play area was spacious and not overcrowded and the adults supervising the dogs were attentive. They took gentle care of our elder dog Rickie from what we could see on the cams. The place is really clean and organized. We do realize our Rickie is a challenge as she is old, deaf and not socialized to play well with other dogs as we got her as a rescue dog. Because of that she couldn't go out to enjoy the resources as much as other dogs and was left out of a lot of the amenties. Everything was great with Daisy, with the exception the web cam didn't work and I called in and it never was fixed and didn't receive any credit back.
We boarded our big guy for the first time at Paradise 4 Paws for 5 days. The facilities appeared to be clean, the staff was nice and accommodating (calling vet to get records). When I arrived to pick him up he wasn’t his usual happy, wiggle butt self when he saw us. I thought maybe he was tired. As we drove home, however, he puked all over my back seat. Service at Parafise for paws has declined over the years.. even though our dog had kennel cough the last two times we used P4P, we interviewed other places and decided to use them again as they have more room, less crowding and in the past provided great service. This time we had a two week trip planned and the kids were looking forward to our standard updates (every 3 days approx). This was my first time boarding my two dogs at Paridise 4 Paws. Both of them came home with severe kennel cough, so after hundreds of dollars in vet bills, medication and lost time from work I still am dealing with sick dogs and sleepness nights. I called Paridse 4 Paws to let them know and was rudely spoken to and was told they’d pass along the message. I’m sure there are cleaner, better, more caring facilities to board your loved ones. I’ll NEVER use or recommend them ever.
Second time using p4p, Charlie looked happy, only chewed small corner of bed, watched him a lot on cams

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and the last two visits I noticed my dog sleeping on the concrete when I viewed her webcam. Upon picking her up her bed was saturated in urine and she also smelled of urine herself. I brought it to your attention last visit and thought your staff would be on top of her potty breaks and checking for soiled bed. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of care at this point. I pay top dollar for this facility and expect top care in return.
