Ask before throwing away blankets from pups home

Melissa and Ryan, I am sorry we threw away Sadie's blanket. She chewed it up and one of our Team Members thought the blanket belonged to us. I apologize again and you should have been informed before we threw it away.

I love Pooch Hotel! They always take excellent care of my Cavalier, Poppet. They understand her needs and shower her with the affection she feels she deserves 😊. The staff are all kind, professional, and clearly dog lovers. They are A+.

I like Pooch Hotel and the people there seem to really love the dogs (half the battle) and care about what them. If I had one complaint it would be that each location is run differently. I don't understand why this is. Operationally, if this is a chain (multiple locations) they all should be run the same. For example, in Chicago, Lincoln Park's daycare if different from the West Loop which is different from the Clark Street location. Not sure why they can't all operate on the same schedule.

Hi Carolyn- I'm glad that Ziggy has visited all the Chicagoland Pooch locations. Although we do have multiple locations in the same city and across the United States, there are some differences in our daycare play schedule depending on the local market. Our general play group hours are the same as West Loop, 8 am-4:30 pm but because of our volume, we generally keep play group open from 7am to 7pm (M-F) at our Lincoln Park location.
