I'd like there to be pricing packages for daycare. Also, the price of the mini suites have increased to be the same price as the standard suite. Since new ownership, prices have increased overall. I cannot afford to take my dog to Pooch every time I travel now.

Pooch is always so accommodating and welcoming. Buttercup loves going to stay there and play with her friends at Pooch.

Nothing I can think of. My puppy was well cared for and kept busy. All of your staff were amazing to me and to my puppy. The web cam is a great tool. Madison had a great stay and they celebrated her birthday and sent me a photo. Maddie will be going back for both daycare and boarding.

I like how I can drop off my pups for a play date and pick them up with fresh bath, nails, teeth and don’t have to worry about picking up at a certain time like most grooming places. When their done grooming they go play!

Rouni starts wagging his tail vigorously in the morning when we announce that he’s going to Pooch. He has a spring in his step and he feels important. His tail is still wagging when we hand the leash to his Pooch friend. These things are important to us because Rouni is usually anxious and he avoids most people. But he loves his friends at Pooch and we thank you for all you do for him.

Pooch is a home for my dog. She grew up there. Only place I would bring her for day care

I would highly recommend Pooch Hotel to anyone, but especially for people that travel for work and sometimes leave early in the morning or return late at night. Having 24 hour service makes it so easy to plan my trips without worrying when I need to drop off/pick up my dog. The staff is always friendly and my dog Ruby always runs in for drop off which is always a good indicator.
