My puppy is picked up in the mornings on the scheduled weekdays and Dropped off on time and always enjoys himself. He also receives butt fluff trims and nail clippings when asked which is very convenient.

The Pooch Hotel was an absolute pleasure to have our new puppy stay the weekend! As a new puppy parent, I was super nervous to leave our puppy, however the staff at the Pooch Hotel answered ALL of my numerous questions and concerns.They even happily took my call over the weekend to check in on my puppy for an update. I will definitely have my pup stay there again in the future! Thanks Pooch Hotel!!

Our Franklin had a rough health start to the new year that kept him from daycare at the Pooch...the staff has regularly and lovingly checked in on Franklin all along his recouperation....Thankfully Franklin is BACK and it was as if we never left.....
