We relied on Pooch to allow us to drop our dog off on the spot when we needed to go to the hospital for delivery of our first-born. When that time called at 9:30 PM, not only were they prepared for him, but they provided extra special treatment for the occasion. We chose this option because our dog is happy and comfortable there, so this was an added convenience.
We've been going to Pooch Hotel for almost 7 years. We were a more frequent "visitor" when we lived in the City but still come back from the 'burbs because we know our boys are treated so well. We're always so impressed that the staff remembers our boys (even though now we only come for boarding once a year or so) and greets us like we were there yesterday.
My pets are my world and having them stay somewhere where I feel comfortable is important when I am traveling. I like the Pooch Hotel because daycare is included with overnight stays (it is not everywhere!) and it is extremely easy to watch my dog through webcam when he is at daycare during the day, proving to my nervous self that he is alive and having a blast. I would definitely recommend them.

My dog is always happy and tired when she returns from daycare! I love that I can check in and view her or call for updates. The staff knows my dog and quickly gives feedback.
Poppet is a people-person dog (we are pretty sure she doesn't believe she is a dog!) and Pooch Hotel does a great job of meeting her needs while meeting the needs of their other guests. She's always runs through the doors when we arrive for her stay. Thank you!
