We have used both locations at O’Hare and Midway and have been extremely satisfied with each location and its staff. We leave our dogs knowing they are not only well cared for — but the extras such as individual attention to each dog and getting to know them— our dogs also get very excited from the moment we pull up and go in. This is the first time we had to board our 15 1/2 year old Bichon, in the past we have always had a dog sitter. So it was suggested that we try daycare for a few days before she has to stay for a week. Everyone was so wonderful and went out of their way to making sure both of us were comfortable and happy. I am confident that boarding will go well too.

Awesome place!! I’ve been taking my dog there for 3 years and he loves it. Everyone there has a good attitude and professional mannerisms in handling the customers. I have been seeing the same people working there, which is a sign that it is good work environment. Also the groomer there is excellent and pricing is fair. They are also good at sending updates and pictures. Very satisfied and won’t even consider another place. I just hope they stick to their high standards.

The people at Paradise are totally dedicated to the care of your pet. They ensure your babies are happy, are eating properly, are getting love and total attention from the team, most of all they ensure there are not medical issues and if they see anything abnormal, they call you emmediately and have their vet advise on corrective action. When we leave our dog we know we can always call to check in as to how he is doing and get a detailed report and we always get a pic plus a note from our dog saying what a wonderful time he is having. We can trust Paradise 4 Paws to take great care of our dog and they always are looking out for what is best for our dog, We have always been very pleased with their service and attention to our dog.
