Been using Wallace for just over a month I will say the customer service has been so far professional, and they have been responsive to my concerns. I have had Wallace Energy for over 30 years. They have always given me the best customer service when needed. Their technicians have serviced our oil home heating system all these years and have done a great job.

After paying off my bill from a contract I was offered to reinstate my account. I mentioned I did not want continue business with them and I did not want any more oil deliveries. I received a oil delivery anyway and charged for it. I called asking why I was receiving and they told me I was still on the plan even though I specifically the rep I didn’t want it. Tony (691) was great. He not only fixed my problem quickly, he took the time to go over the whole system with me. He showed me how to check important things on my own, in case of emergency.

We used Wallace for years for our propane, thinking they were the same as everyone else. How wrong we were! We were on an automatic fill but ran out several times. The tank they originally gave us was old, and I later found out, from their service tech., it was from 1988. Our house was built in 2004!!! Then, after using them for years, they decided that where the tank was located was against code and had to be moved. Why, after all that time (and they put the tank there), was it suddenly an issue?
