Our service rep from Wallace , Dante 683 . was right on time which was greatly appreciated. Advised us as to what was going on and suggested we add a cleaner to our tank which was great. When he was finished, he went over our furnaces specs - all good - .Everything was cleaned up after the tune up and would highly recommend Dante . Wallace has had our backs for many years now, thanks !Ā

Home furnace tune up. Technician replaced a defective zone controller and identified a major defect with home water heater. Technician: Travis Curreri # 688 Travis was courteous, knowledge and went above and beyond in assisting with scheduling a replacement of the defective water heater as soon as possible to reduce the inconvenience to my family. Travis was very considerate of the house and worked promptly to complete the tune up and repairs.Ā

we awoke to furnace not running and placed a call for help. We had Tony (691) show at a selected earlier time which was great . He worked on that furnace until it was running (and heating ) again. Fantastic job ! Much appreciated Tony and Wallace, reliable and professional.Ā
