I have been a customer with Wallace ( prior Big Saver ). I find that this company is great to deal with. I will agree that the automatic service contract prices are higher and in some cases very much higher. But, they have all ways listened to my concerns about the prices and they have adjusted the price. Sometimes you just have to express your concerns. Otherwise service is very good.Ā
