We are very disappointed in this place :( We moved my Grandmother here in November 2015 so she could be closer to us (her Granddaughter) because my Dad, her son lives overseas. We started of with concerns due to the reviews but after speaking with the Manager about our concerns we wanted to give them a chance! BIG MISTAKE! Although some of there staff have been great to my Grandmother, which we are very thankful for, the administration is just awful. If you ask for something to get done...It wont happen or you have to keep c... read more

This place is disgusting, the caregivers are rude and poorly trained, the executive director needs to be a grocery lot attendant at the nearest Super Market. My Father lived at here and was neglected the whole time he was a resident, always soiled, his apartment and laundry were never done, he barely even ate, he remained confined to his apartment dispite all the activities that were promised to us, something needs to be done to close this dump down the residents are nothing more than a dollar sign so glad dad is no longer t... read more

The property is beautiful. But the nurse is horrible she is unprofessional, ill mannered, and a embarrassment to herself and the facility. I'll be moving my parents immediately!!

Stay away the Executive Director is a liar and a scam artists, she guaranteed activities, quality care, quality food and to remain accessible at all times for any questions or concerns....i've had to call her twelve times before her assistant called me back and resolved the issue at hand

My mother in law currently resides here, facility is beautiful, caregivers are friendly and well trained. The administration is a completely different story. [removed] My mother in law has fallen several times, her laundry has gone missing, residents continuously wander right out the front door right pass the Directors office. We will be moving as soon as possible. My husband and I have wasted enough time and money here.

Where do I begin....Executive Director is a complete air head, unprofessional and all over the place. I was promised the moon and stars prior to moving my dad in the facility once there it was a nightmare. Director has no clue on what takes place in her own facility, more vacancies than occupants, the nurse unprofessional and dressed like a [removed], receptionists all are very ignorant, unhappy look as though the were [removed], private caregivers hang out gossiping about how the place sucks, food is low quality need I say ... read more

The director assured us that all of the specific needs of my mother could and would be met, however we did not find that to be true. One instance was they would assist her with a shower. She did not get a shower until about the 6th day that she was there. The home health care company nurse that came every morning to help her noticed this and sent an assistant from the home health company to help her until Walnut Creek helped. I was unhappy with things one care partner and the nurse said about my mother and the nurses over-re... read more

Unfortunately, especially for my mother, our experience was the opposite of what we were told it would be. We were lead to believe that the Walnut Creek, Mansfield, facility would be able to meet my mother's needs. That did not happen. After 17 days, we had to put my mother through another move. I would suggest the administrative staff be better trained to give full disclosure of what the care givers are able to do.
