I am convinced that Walter is the only lender in the greater bay area who cares about your journey in purchasing or refinancing a home. I have dealt with many lenders and none of them have come close to the effort and care that Walter provides. Do yourself a favor and contact Walter before just going with who your real estate agent recommends.

I have worked with Walter on multiple occasions now. I can tell you that he is very knowledgeable, helpful and informative and responds very quickly. All steps of our refinance went very smooth. I would highly recommend Walter to anyone!

Everything was perfect. I have dealt with my lender previously and would not ever deal with anyone else. He was referred to me by a friend and it is certain I would recommend him to someone else. His communication was clear and he always returned my calls or emails. He answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and was very patient. I have used Walter on two different occasions and both transactions were flawless. My first one, I had to cut escrow short because I was being deployed to Nepal after the earthquake. Walter quickly gathered all documents and personnel involved nearly 2 weeks before escrow was to close and got it done. More recently, we closed escrow in 26 days.
