I absolutely love my new carpet! BUT communication with the installers was very limited due to a language barrier. One of them spoke no English and the other one had such a thick accent I had difficulty understanding him. I had to repeat almost everything I said. There was no introduction as to their names, they just swooped in and started moving my furniture around. Dave Meade was great to work with and Frank and his helper did a great job installing my carpet. They were very polite and professional and was here when they said they would be. My carpet looks great and I am very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. This was my second purchase with Warehouse Carpet.

I'll just say the install and purchasing of the Carpet was great! Love the carpet. Had some delamination issues while still under warranty, in a few words. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been completely ignored and have no resolution. They definitely are not looking for return customers! I will be looking elsewhere for carpet for our addition.
I wish I had never stepped foot in this store. Very poor quality installation of my carpet. There were extra seams in my hallway which were not supposed to be there. The installer said whoever ordered the carpet didn't order enough, so they had to piece it. Problems with the tack strips (nails sticking up), carpet coming up, and a 6 inch hole in the padding underneath which shows through - it looked like a huge indentation in my carpet.
