We very happy with my installer named Gary
We had carpet installed recently in our basement bedroom. There was a torrential downpour that night, and some water found its way into the cellar floor and onto the new carpet! But the Warehouse Carpet staff had recommended we use a rubber-backed carpet that is resistant to mold. We pulled back the taped carpet and ran fans on it. It dried nicely after a day or so, and we never had any mold! An awesome product if water is sometimes an issue.
Gary installed our carpet with expert professional results! I am 5 star pleased with the completed job. it has been my 2nd experience with warehouse carpet personnel and i know i will use their competent services in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need of flooring.
Gary Bush did a fine job installing my carpet. He was efficient and professional. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
Jason in Johnson City was very helpful in helping me select a carpet and got me in for installation within days. Installers Gary and his partner showed up on time. They did a thorough job laying the pad and carpet. The men even cleaned the room of tuffs of carpeting before leaving. Next time I need a carpet, I'm calling Warehouse.

We had a wonderful experience with Warehouse Carpet in Johnson City. Gary and Kenny installed indoor/outdoor carpeting on our front porch and stairs. They did an awesome job!! They made sure we were completely satisfied even though they had to work in hot and humid conditions. We highly recommend them!! Sissy in the office was also a pleasure to work with. She was courteous and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you all!!

We had our bedroom carpeting installed this morning. The installers arrived a few minutes early and went right to work! They were very pleasant and accommodating, while carefully moving our furniture. They carpeted the bedroom, two closets and a short hallway with perfect results. Kudos to Ray & Lou . . . . super team!!
