We recently had new carpet installed in our living room. It was a very large room and required seaming. Rich Hunter and his crew did an amazing job. They took their time rendering the seam invisible. They cleaned up after themselves leaving us a gorgeous new room. Our salesman, Colin Clinton listened and directed us to numerous carpets and pads to choose from. *We've been dealing with Ithaca Warehouse Carpet for years and have never been disappointed. This is one company that truly stands behind its products. Recently we had Eddie and his crew out to re-stretch one of our carpets and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Eddie was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I would definitely ask for him again.
Our salesperson, Jeff Merritt, did a great job for us. From purchasing carpet to engineered hardwood. He explained things well and gave us a great price. We had 2 different teams do installation. They were both professional, friendly and did everything they could to please us.
