I asked for the same hair color I had for some time. 1st red flag was that the stylist did not look closely at my hair. Nor did she ask any questions. She rushed away and appeared with her little dish of color. She did "recommend" that I get a different color near my face and insisted it would be flattering. (I had my doubts). Over 1 year later, and several visits for other hair treatments not a peep from WT...I guess he/they feel they know best, and don't have time for unhappy customers. Moral of the story, do not cut your hair by "you know who!"

Rushed and impersonal. Not worth the high prices. Staff has a pretentious and bad attitude...especially the girls at the front desk. When I walked in no one greeted me and they continued to chat amongst themselves while I stood there. I actually had to interrupt them to check in. Same thing when I was leaving, they couldn't be bothered. Most salons ask how your visit was or at least say thank you. Never coming back.

You can not get a better hair cut or color than at this salon. And my eye brows are always done to perfection. And yet-- there are serious issues that the ownership needs to address. I come to this salon about every four weeks for a cut and color and eyebrow tint. Yet every time I enter this salon I am made to wait while at least five employees crowd around the front desk talking to each other, talking on the telephone, or simply looking at a computer screen. The staff at Warren Tricomi are extremely rude. After my hair was washed, my stylist was not yet ready and they had me sit in the waiting area for 30 mins with wet hair. Not once did any of the receptionists come over and see if I was doing okay or apologize for the wait time. When I went up to express my frustration, they stared at me like I had 4 heads. Overall, a very negative, unwelcoming experience.

I got a glaze to tone down the highlights done in january, and although my hair looks better now, it cost $100, when I expected just a quick glaze to cost significantly less. So I was shocked.

I travelled an 1 1/2 to get my hair cut fixed. Michael was awesome he did what others weren't able to. He's great!! Jasmine the manager from the Madison location went all out to make sure that I was taken care of, therefore these two individuals deserve recognition for their outstanding service. On the other hand the manager at the Greenwich location was condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. Her customer service skills is at 0% and I strongly encourage the owners to take note of this.

Nothing was particularly bad/wrong but more importantly nothing was great. Staff was distracted, environment was chaotic, cut was good. Felt the professionalism, product and package could be greatly improved.

Front desk needs remediation in providing customer service. After putting up with rudeness and pretension at this salon for way too long, yesterday's appointment was my last appointment! Paying top dollar for being treated poorly is not in my wheelhouse.
