I have been to several salons all around the world due to my busy travel schedule with work, so it's fair to say I've had a lot of different hair experiences and this by far was the worst. Let my begin by saying that I have been a client at Warren Tricomi Greenwich for the past 8 years. To be honest, I have never cared for the attitude here...this is the type of salon where the front desk staff looks you up and down upon entering and acts as if they are doing you, the paying client, a favor. While I'm sure there are plenty of good experiences out there for this location, mine is not one of them. I was seen my Rachel who was uninterested from the start. She also had her own agenda for me, regardless of what I said. She decided that I would look best a certain way, though I expressed my preference and concern. So she made it "longer" but still did it her way. She never stopped to say "does that sound good to you" "what do you think". I have been going to Warren Tricomi for over 15 years, both at the Plaza and Greenwich, and so do my teen daughters. The front desk at Greenwich is awful, unbelievably rude, pretentious. I will never go to any Warren T location again....ever.
This exorbitant, pretentious salon will never see me walk through their doors again. I was looking for a new salon and tried them out. I had an appointment with one stylist, but when his "regular" client showed up 30 mins early during my appointment time, they switched me to another stylist (Lexi) without even asking me. Lexi was also overbooked, and before she had even started cutting my hair, the VERY rude desk manager woman came over and said "your next client is here." If only there was someone who cared about customer service, this salon would have potential.....seems like the name itself would carry the salon but the customer service is so bad, it's hard to enjoy. My colorist Rosetta was good at color but it was painful being in the dungeon downstairs without even a cup of coffee :( My only complaint would be that I left after a couple of years because hair costs a fortune and if I am paying 5 star prices, I would like to trip out on 5 star service.... :)
The only reason I continue to go back to Warren Tricomi is because my colorist Cyd is and does an AMAZING job! If she ever leaves, I along with a few of her other clients will leave as well. Why?! Simply because the "trash" yes the "trash" behind the front desk think they are God's gift to that place! They are obnoxious and rude! The manager, Lisa (I believe is her name), always has a nasty demeanor. I don't typically write bad reviews; however, I was so mistreated last week that I had to say something!
Owners and staff are rude and very unprofessional. they think because they have money they can treat people anyway that they want.
Went there this past weekend for a cut. The stylist had a perfect canvas to work on - my hair is really healthy and was super long. I was so happy with my cut until they attempted to give me bangs. I asked for long side bangs (and showed a picture of exactly what I wanted so there was no question)...what I got were uneven super short bangs that stopped just below my eye brow. So disappointed.
