After my second visit to Warren Tricomi, I will never return. I had highlights and a cut both times. The first visit was ok. The second visit was disappointing. The highlight by Danielle was adequate, but the cut was terrible. The stylist (Janet) introduced herself to me as if we had never met before (how hard is it to see in their reservation system that I was a return customer?), and was pushing a cut that was exactly what I DID NOT want. I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went to Allison looking for a rich brown color and I left with purple hair. I had since gone back to get it fixed, but it didn't work and the ladies at the salon were very rude to me (like it was my fault). I have since gone to Hopscotch and found someone I love! But, the color keeps coming back and am going to have to deal with it until it grows out. There are much better salons out there that actually treat you nice!

Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other review. I grew up in Greenwich, now live in NYC, and go back often to visit my family. Starved on time this holiday season, I went to Warren Tricomi this month for color and a cut and it was horrible. They got the color totally wrong (I am blonde and left an ashy brunette) and their attempt to fix it didn't work. After 5 hours, yes 5, I left miserable and had to call my usual hairdresser in New York to fix it. Ladies, there are so many better salons in Greenwich. Color...the ... read more
