Was excited, will not be staying here again. We booked a two night stay while traveling to Las Vegas from Honolulu so that we could check in straight away after our red-eye flight. On arrival at Nobu, we were told our reservation had been cancelled overnight because we hadn't arrived yet. There were no attempts by the property to contact us before they cancelled our reservation and they sold our room to other guests without our knowledge, so we were left to try and find accommodations elsewhere at 8 in the morning. Disappointing The staff was helpful during checkin & very sweet & accommodating got us right into our room as promised. However the evening staff there was a young lady that was very sweet but the gentleman that was with her was extremely rude. We were trying to find help as my fiancé had to have a container for his medicine be frozen overnight so we could put his diabetes medicine in at the next day and fly home without any issues. Pocas amenidades, alto costo, limpieza uno tenía que pedirla. Muy tarde entregan la habitación, tuve que hacer un gasto para que me entregaran en el momento. El internet al parecer tiene costo, eso es pésimo. Ubicación
