Friendly doctor as well as the staff who are sensitive to my needs.
Great dental / hygenist services-- almost pain free!! Good music, talk and anasthesia...
Disappointed After several years as a patient in the practice without any complaints, today's routine cleaning was not so routine. During the doctor's examination after the cleaning by the hygienist, some scraping was done on a tooth that was identified by the doctor as having a "low gum line" and that scraping left the tooth with a new and painful sensitivity to cold and heat that did not exist previously. One goes to the dentist to get their teeth in better shape, not worse. Disappointing and uncomfortable.
I was disappointed with the service I received today to clean my teeth. I normally am used to a much more thorough and efficient service.
Wonderful dentist and team, Drs. Pollowitz and Brown have been my dentists for many years and I greatly admire their knowledge and personal involvement with me and my dental care! In addition, they are friendly and personable people who are working to do the very best for their patients! Excellent Service - 5 Start! (btw, the stars didn't show on my screen, so I don't know what I clicked) I was pleasantly surprised by a call from Pamela today offering to move my appointment to earlier in the day. There were a couple of cancellations; so, I was able to move my appointment to an earlier time, which worked well for my schedule.
