My unsatisfactory experience Teeth cleaning was excellent. I was disappointed, however, in the dentist's diagnosis of the condition of my teeth and his lack of explanation for my condition and its causes. Moreover, he had no suggestions for what I might do to avoid further problems or to avoid exacerbating them.

Talked me into a bridge I didn't need and never used. Crown looked bad and failed after a few years, charged me half price to fix it, failed again. And now I need to get an implant at great expense, etc. The office has a waterfall and used to give neck massage.
I had to have a couple of fillings that turned out to need some major drilling. Dr. Pollowitz made me feel very comfortable when he explained my options and what to expect. I really like how he took photos of the two teeth that were being worked on before and during the process so I could see with my own eyes why it was so important we were getting this done. I thought the time spent on x-ray was more than cleaning my teeth.i was not satisfied with the cleaning.
Completely non=-painful filling!
It was an uneventful experience as to the technical procedures that were followed. The only problem that I felt had to do with my not understanding what the problems were that needed intervention. My son received that information. Not I.
