The shading on a new crown was not exactly what they want, so Dr B and Sylvia spent an extra hour working on it.
I lost part of a tooth in an accident. I set an appointment a day after the accident. After an hour with Dr. Brown I had a new tooth. The only way they could be better is if they came to your house!!
I am usually very pleased with the service, and was again this time. However, the "touchy-feely" element of this office has never been my thing. Yours is a professional service for which I pay through the nose - I don't really want to be asked about my week, my children, my vacation plans, or anything else that is really of no interest to you. It feels very awkward and fake-ish, and I certainly don't do that with MY clients, who I suspect would be equally put off...
I love the office, the doctors are great, the staff are amazing...I would not dare go anywhere but see Dr. Pollowitz and Dr. Brown but I have to warm you that every time I come in for my cleaning or some kind of fillings the office always smells like a cafeteria or restaurant. The advantage is the smell of food is always different from the last time.
All - I am sorry that I had to run out today. there was some confusion at the desk about my insurance coverage, and I had a meeting downtown for which I was late. I am out of town again until next wednesday. but please ask someone to call me on thursday morning and I will provide my credit card number. I apologize for any confusion.thank youLinda Cotton Perry

Called at 830 re toothache. Was given a 945 appointment. In and out by 1030, with an exam and a referral (for the same day).
