I work from home on Bob Tolbert Road & was trying to reach my neighbor because the bear got into her garbage overnight. The garbage lady drove up & didn't keep driving. She got out of her truck, picked up the can, scooped up the scattered garbage the best she could. She didn't have to stop and complete this task but what a pure example of customer service. Thank you!

I live in Sound Hammock Subdivision in Navarre and I must praise the operators of the trucks servicing our area on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. This review is in reference to the people who pick up yard waste. First I want to thank you for picking up the additional yard waste that was placed by the full container. With all the wind and rain we've had lately due to the tropical depression/storm, I've had a lot of small limbs fall to the ground. My suggestion is this. I know you have to get out of your truck to put the yard waste into your truck. When it's raining PLEASE close the lid on the container.

This review is an update from a review from last week. When I called the WP office, a Kelsey was very helpful to get work with me to find out why the pick up FAILED to pick up the bundels my yard debris. Additionally, I received a call from Glenn, the Division or area Manager who had just inspected the debris that was not picked up and he indicated a truck would be here by the end of the day to pick up the debris.. Sure enough they came and hauled it away. Now that is customer service.
