I’ve been a customer of Waste Pro – Milton for my residential trash and recycling service, and overall I’d say it’s been a mostly positive experience, especially when I’ve interacted with Hanna on the customer service side. I live in Navarre Fl and the lady that came today, got out of the truck and before I could get to her she had pulled a rug out of the bin and laid it on top of it so the machine could pick it up without hitting the side of the truck. That was awesome. She is a credit to your company.

I haven't had my trash picked up in over a month the truck passes right by my house my trash is so full that I can't close the top and now both bins are full

As elderly 80 year olds, we have pleaded for moving boxes to be removed from the neatly stacked pile placed in the street as we are end unit of a row of townhomes. We have dragged this bulk pickup three times to the street for Monday pickup(s). We phone and phone and phone and hear over and over that "...we have a policy that three business days for bulk pickups... I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Milton, FL Waste Pro office was incredibly unprofessional. I called because my bulk pickup had been sitting at the curb for three days after I was originally told it would be collected. I simply wanted to confirm that it was still scheduled for pickup.
