Very disappointing service. I called 3 times to confirm a curbside mattress pickup and was told it would be done this past Friday. I placed it against my mailbox Thursday night. I left town and called Friday to confirm pickup. Was told since it was propped against the mailbox it wasn’t picked up. It has to be laying flat on the ground. I was NEVER told that during the 3 conversations I had with your representatives. Couldn’t the driver get out of the cab and push it over! Terrible service. This week I set out on the curb the BROWN can that was totally full of leaves and small limbs. I also place in small piles a small pile of 2 inch diameter limb/logs cut up in in lengths of 2 feet, six bags of leaves, four small piles of small limb/branch cut to 3 feet. The lazy truck guys took the can and bags and left a green tag on one of the small piles that I had set in piles that one could pick up easily. Mia from Milton, FL office is horrible, extremely rude, and bitter when I called to ask for yard leave pickup. And guess what they never came to pick up the trash. Terrible customer service and no help. For the price every three months you would think they would do their jobs! Four calls later four different agents none as rude as Mia but still the company can't get it together and pick up my yard trash wow!

Charge you extra to pay over phone, online system keeps locking me out never can login. Feel like my bank is less picky than A TRASH business. No way to pay bill easy. Super complicated for ZERO reason.

7/8 $ dollar fees for over the phone payments is insane. Credit card fee plus phone fee is outrageous.!
